Tana-Varangerrennet is an 80 km cross-country ski race that runs from Seida in Tana to Vadsø. The race is held in the classic technique and follows the scenic coastline of the Varanger Fjord. It is part of the Ski Classics Challengers series.

Tana-Varangerrennet is one of the longest ski races in the world and the northernmost event in the Ski Classics Challengers series.

From 2026, the race is also an official Birken qualifying race (seeding race), meaning that your result in Tana-Varangerrennet can help you secure a better starting group in the Birkebeinerrennet (Birken) the following year.
